Over the years, we have generally not looked forward to the car purchasing experience with its pressures and concerns as well as its highlights. This has not been the case with Art who has gone out of his way to understand our needs and interests and found ways to meet them so that we have been able to put our full trust and faith in his knowledge, capabilities and "going the extra mile" so that we can look forward to a rewarding 3 years. An example: This is the first time in around 60 years of buying cars, that a sales consultant has ever offered to come to our house to help us understand and benefit from the full range of features of the automobile. This was our first experience with Robert Sorensen and he was excellent as well. More
