Horrible experience. Ismael (salesman) is the worst. Lied multiple times and then went to hid behind his boss when called out. Im still trying to go thru ford corporate for my home charger that was promised. salesman, and sales manager and the finance guy all lied. up until i signed the paperwork. And then said "oh yeah you will get that. Just need to call ford. The number is on the website". I bought a Lightning and they didn't even know about the EV tax credit they had to fill out. Once again said i had to go thru ford. Why are buyers educating management on purchase requirements. More

Please ignore my previous 5 star review. I was repeatedly pressured to give a perfect review in order to receive a previously promised $300. After numerous messages, they keep giving me the run around when I ask for my money. They won't even give me the front license plate bracket for my vehicle. Even with pictures of my conversation with them via text admitting to it.....they all of a sudden do know what I am talking about. They treat you like you're stupid. More
