Great work, thank you! Muki was very responsive and helpful. He charged my Ariya up before shipment and also did an inspection for any issues with the body. He was honest and sent me a pic of a small chip on the hatchback. I bought it shortly after. Found it on the internet in Idaho and had it shipped to Virginia. I don't like how you do business. Wait times for repair are too long, and you have B/S add-on charges like "computer storage fee" (for generating your printed R/O) and ridiculously h Wait times for repair are too long, and you have B/S add-on charges like "computer storage fee" (for generating your printed R/O) and ridiculously high Shop Fees. Plus, I don't like the "service" your Service Advisors provide. They don't explain things well, and are NOT customer friendly. The fact that you require that I provide a name (below) for your survey is also problematic. I think his name was Mike, but I couldn't care less, and his name isn't listed. Sorry Aron- I had to pick someone. More

Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work on drivers seat cover and a recall notice repair to the clock spring in the steering column. I recieved a phone call at 11:30 am notifyng me that my vehicle was r cover and a recall notice repair to the clock spring in the steering column. I recieved a phone call at 11:30 am notifyng me that my vehicle was ready to pickup. As I was getting ready to leave I noticed that there were error codes on the dash screen. The first repair part was defective as well as the second part. It took a third part to fix the problem. As I was driving off the lot I noticed that the steering wheel was not straight, it had been put on crooked. At this point I took it back to Allen and asked him to please get the steering wheel put back on correctly. I went to the Service Managers office and explained to him what was happening. He did get involved and my pickup steering wheel was corrected. He was very apologetic. I thanked him for his time and getting my truck repaired. I told him I was very upset. I told him I was notified at 11:30 ,my vehicle was repaired and was ready to pick up. It was after 3:30 pm, Approximately 4 hours since I was told my vehicle was ready to pick up and that if this was the type of work the service department did I did not know if I would return. The seat cover still has a wrinkle in it. Not satisfied with the repair. I am not impresses with the repair work I received. The service manager apologized as I was leaving and gave a years worth of oil changes to try and make things right. More
