My special thank goes to Mr. Arnold Bang, who made my First of all, I would like to say thank all the friendly staffs at the Honda of Tenafly (H.o.T)! My special thank goes to Mr. Arnold Bang, who made my first vehicle-purchasing experience excellent. Unlike other dealers, he is very knowledgable and candid about his work, not pushy, very responsive, and diligent. These were the main reasons that I chose H.o.T over other Honda dealers. Although I had to wait a few hours till I got my car, he let me take a break outside till my car was ready to be picked up. I really appreciated that break! Moreover, I think they keep the used cars in very good conditions. I purchased one and all my friends thought I got a new car! I am a happy customer so far and I hope H.o.T won't disappoint me when I re-visit to check-up my car (oil change and tire rotation). More
