He made sure we were able to leave the showroom with the exact cars we wanted and got us the best price possible. Saturdays at Tenafly Honda are very busy and he assisted us every step of the way, which is a rather lengthy process, up to and including pairing our phones to the cars and sending us off with a smile, hours after the official closing time of the dealership. We had purchased our last car with Arnold and will certainly see him for our next. Harry Sagong in finance likewise was a pleasure to work with, and he and Arnold coordinated our purchases in a most courteous, patient. friendly and harmonious manner. More
