Straightforward and genuine car-buying experience Arnold was helpful, professional, accommodating and sincere every step of the way. Arnold went above and beyond to provide a great price on the lease and was able to turnaround everything quickly. I would go back to him in the future. Harry was unlike any other finance manager in that he was straightforward, explained everything clearly and did not make me feel pressured for add-ons. I appreciated Harry’s friendliness and enjoyed the conversation with him. I would not hesitate to go back to Harry in the future. I do believe that Tenafly of Honda stands for something greater than to simply sell cars, which they do greatly, but in that the level of service, friendliness and professionalism were far greater than many of the dealerships I have been to in the past. More
