Great covid policies (screening on entry) and permitting solo test drives to experience the vehicle. Arnold was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and provided a nice overview of the solo test drives to experience the vehicle. Negotiations were fast and although finalizing the purchase was estimated to be a bit over an hour, we were done and taking possession of the vehicle in about 15 minutes. I got a good deal, but the paperwork took way too long. 1.5 hours just the paperwork. Deal was made before i came in and bunch of emails/sms back and forth. Again, this is all just administrative excluding negotiations. About 2.5 hours just for paperwork os waay too long. My Porsche lease took about 30 minutes by comparison. More
