We wanted a specific vehicle and color, when not in stock, he found it for us and took delivery two days earlier than expected. During delivery he took time to explain in detail the operation of basic functions of the vehicle (electronics etc.) which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Arnaldo was excellent and when needed we would buy from him again. The financing process with Jay Vicario was friendly and smooth.
