Arnaldo worked with us and answered all our questions with friendliness and honesty. When I returned to pick up my 2011 Sorento Arnaldo was quite personable and even made my family feel as if they were a part of the buying process. Although I didn't personally meet Quisha she kept me informed from my initial contact with Halleen Kia. I have been so excited with my new SUV this was really a great choice for me.
