Arnaldo Rivera made us feel like family! My mother and I went to the dealership to test drive the KIA Sportage. Arnaldo politely asked us who we were there to see. I responded "You", and I'm My mother and I went to the dealership to test drive the KIA Sportage. Arnaldo politely asked us who we were there to see. I responded "You", and I'm glad I did. After that, the experience was smooth and seamless. He never once told her what she should or shouldn't get, but rather asked her what was most important to her and actually listened. He is very knowledgeable and with his 15 years of experience, he helped us get the best deal on a superb vehicle. My whole family drives KIAs, but I think we have found our new dealership with Halleen KIA and definitely our new sales consultant with Arnaldo.
