I wanted to formally document a disappointing experience regarding a used Porsche Cayenne recently listed by your dealership. I was actively engaged with salesperson Armando Scorza regarding purchase log regarding a used Porsche Cayenne recently listed by your dealership. I was actively engaged with salesperson Armando Scorza regarding purchase logistics, financing readiness, transport options, and timing to view the vehicle. During this process, I was informed the vehicle had been removed for dashboard repair and was told to wait until the repair was completed. We continued discussing shipment and updated repair photos after the vehicle had allegedly already been sold. When I asked detailed questions regarding the dashboard repair and requested transparency about inspection options, I was abruptly informed the vehicle had been sold days earlier and was then blamed for wanting an inspection and Porsche dealer involvement. I understand vehicles can sell quickly. My concern is the inconsistent communication, discouragement of independent inspection, and handling of a serious interior defect on a six-figure luxury vehicle. As a serious out-of-state buyer with financing prepared, I expected clearer and more transparent communication from a major dealership group. I simply wanted this documented with management. More
