Great Experience Scott Wendling made the process of buying a car very easy. We weren't sure if we wanted to lease new or buy used. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option and explained in detail all of our payment options. My wife and I were on two different pages and he showed great patience until we agreed on a decision which took a couple of days. We test drove several cars and decided to buy a used 2011 Pilot. The car was in great shape and he gave us a very good deal. Armando Lopez was our finance guy and was able to sweeten the deal with a great warranty and a lower rate than expected. He accomplished all of this with great efficiency and in only 15 minutes. Both of these guys are assets to DCH Honda and we highly recommend Them both. More

I originally went to this dealership to help with a service issue on my 2010 Hybrid Honda. Everyone was terrific and kept in constant communication with me until the issue was resolved. I am a new resident to New Jersey and came to DCH Kay Honda after shopping at two other Honda dealerships. DCH Kay proved quickly to be in a class by themselves! The dealership wants to sell cars and not give you the run around, and they did just that with excellence! Ray Furslew he greeted me as soon as I came in and from that point on the entire experience was streamlined and excellent! I, admittedly, do not enjoy any aspect of the car buying process, but Ray was so nice and hard working, that I would not be exaggerating to say, it was probably the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. He got right to the point with the numbers and he took into account that my time was valuable and did everything he could to expedite the process. Our great experience continued in the financing department with Armando Lopez. He had the paperwork completed and ready ahead of time (we put money down and came back later that night to finish the deal), so when we returned to pick up the car, we were in and out in record time! We truly appreciated his professional manner - in not pushing unwanted products or services and also his respect for our time. We live about 45 minutes from this dealership, but the travel time was WELL worth it! If you live in central NJ, don't waste your time at fancy newly built dealerships and promises of "a lifetime of free car washes". Those dealerships do not compare to DCH Kay - especially if you value your time and money and want an honest, reliable experience! When we are ready to buy our next Honda, we will definitely be coming back to DCH Kay Honda and will be asking for Ray Furslew! Christina Marcello More

Steve Severio could not have been more helpful when I came in to buy a new car. He listened carefully to what I needed and helped me find just the right fit, without trying to push any unnecessary or unw came in to buy a new car. He took the time to do a detailed comparison between the Accord and the Civic--both in features and pricing--and made it very easy for me to make my decision. Moreover, he made the paperwork quite easy. He brought in Andrew Ly and Armando Lopez, who were also professional, polite, articulate, and helpful. They handled the processing of the paperwork that comes with a new vehicle with alacrity, and made everything very easy to understand. Steve, Andrew, and Armando could not have made it a more pleasant experience and are a credit to the dealership and a great reflection on Honda. This is my second Honda. The first was a 1987 Honda Civic, which I had the pleasure of driving for more than 20 years, and I couldn't be more delighted with its descendant! It was wonderful then, yet it's come so very, very far. Great car, great company, great dealership, and great mileage! Our visit at DCH Honda was very positive. Our sales associate, Kevin McKenna, was so thorough, friendly, and helpful that, instead of continuing our search elsewhere, we stayed at Kay Honda. The paperw associate, Kevin McKenna, was so thorough, friendly, and helpful that, instead of continuing our search elsewhere, we stayed at Kay Honda.
