I would like to personally thank Vincent O'Donnell and Sunil Deonarian for the excellent customer service. I am always apprehensive when purchasing a new vehicle. The experience with these guys was relaxed and no pressure. I hadn't planned on leaving with a vehicle the same day buy they made the process so smooth, I did end up leaving with a new vehicle the same day. Sunil was able to answer the many questions I had since this was a hybrid vehicle vs. a 100% gasoline engine. The dealership manager was very engaging and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, including financing. As a team, they made it happen and I am a very happy customer. More

Purchased a vehicle in August 2021 - had a great experience with Atanas - guy is a great salesman best they have by far!! I had an issue getting plates for my vehicle and after 6 months of the deal experience with Atanas - guy is a great salesman best they have by far!! I had an issue getting plates for my vehicle and after 6 months of the dealership trying and us being unsuccessful the dealership provided stellar service the entire time and literally bought the car back which they didn’t have too. I was very pleased with the service the entire Audi Silver Spring staff provided ! If in the market for an Audi definitely consider this dealership 5 star service. More
