I have have bought my vehicles from Sullivan Buick-GMC for over 35 years. Every experience, whether sales or service, with them has been smooth and easy. Jeff Sullivan has compiled a staff that is outstan for over 35 years. Every experience, whether sales or service, with them has been smooth and easy. Jeff Sullivan has compiled a staff that is outstanding. His General Manager, Ariel is on top of everything and Dan the Sales Manager, is easy to work with, straight up and what he says is what it is. No games ever played. My sales advisor, Jeremy, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions regarding the new instrumentation. My new vehicle was ready when I wanted it and the finance process, through Mike was quick and to the point. The entire delivery processes was smooth. Today or tomorrow my purchase of a third vehicle from Sullivan Buick GMC will be complete. I am a repeat buyer and repeat customer of the service department at this dealership. My most recent sales expe Sullivan Buick GMC will be complete. I am a repeat buyer and repeat customer of the service department at this dealership. My most recent sales experience, from out of state, was with Shelley Barr, though many people in the background were certainly involved. I recommend this dealership because I trust the people. They are friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable. Shelley Barr and Mike O'Connell have been working hard with me to handle my purchase while I am out of state. The coffee is good in the waiting room. There used to be cookies in there and I wish they would come back! More

The nicest people work here. They didn’t play any games when it came to pricing. They were upfront and showed me exactly what rebates and special financing were available on the SUV that I purchased today. when it came to pricing. They were upfront and showed me exactly what rebates and special financing were available on the SUV that I purchased today. The first place that we stopped at would not tell me exactly what the price would be for any car. So, I walked out and bought a brand new car down the street at Sullivan. So happy with my new car now. More

Salespeople, and service staff have always gone above and beyond expectations. Dealer/customer loyalty is a two-way street at Sullivan. Owner, Jeff Sullivan, (when he sees me) always comes out of his office to greet me, shake hands, and engage in some small talk - whether I'm buying a new vehicle, or there for service. I always recommend Sullivan to other family, and friends. More
