I’ve lived in Louisville since 2008. Before the car business I attended the University of Louisville with the intention of becoming a dentist. I've been with Courtesy Buick GMC since 2015. Meeting new people is the best part of my job. In my spare time I like to travel, watch movies and I usually workout six times per week. Wonderful Experience We had found the Enclave we wanted online. My husband spoke with Ari over the phone. He was great. ARI top sales person to work with!!! ARI, went way out of his way to make us very comfortable in choosing the auto we wanted, Buick envision that we wanted and worked very hard to get us ARI, went way out of his way to make us very comfortable in choosing the auto we wanted, Buick envision that we wanted and worked very hard to get us the best deal for us.We also traded the Buick Encore in we had purchased from ARI, before. Courteous, Friendly, professional, and fast. This dealership had should give others training on how customers should be treated. It takes me back in time when customers were treated at the door with a smile. I’ve been you many dealerships where your just a sales number and after the sale your forgotten. This dealership everyone smiles, greats you and remembers your name long after the sale, not common in customer service today. Joe in the service department is amazing, and Ari my salesman men all deseverve a pat on the back. The manager of the dealership always comes out to greet you and see how your service is. I want to thank Courteous GMC for putting customers first. Your an amazing dealership. More
