The experience I had leading up to picking up my 2020 Accord was great they were super helpful in preparing the paperwork for me. However once I left with the vehicle I realized it needed an alignment wh Accord was great they were super helpful in preparing the paperwork for me. However once I left with the vehicle I realized it needed an alignment which I wasn't super worried about since I work at a shop. I have had the car for about 2 months now and after being made to buy a 4500 warranty on to of the one already included in the price of the vehicle I still have yet to receive my metal license plate or any paperwork about the 4500 warranty I was made to buy. And every time I have called to ask about it they tell me they will call me back.....I have not received said call as of yet. Loved the sales guy hate the treatment after purchase. More

Apparently the first sales contact was professional and set up the appointment to meet the next day. But he called out of work that day and replaced him Jeremy which was outstanding in every aspect of gett set up the appointment to meet the next day. Chris in finance amount other that introduced there selves to me which very polite and inviting. The overall experience was amazing and intend on sharing my unique and astounding experience at Brandon Honda was a pleasure .. More
