This buying experience at O’Daniel today has been the best car buying experience ever!! Anwar was so patient with us, he explained everything well and helped us set up a lot of important features in the best car buying experience ever!! The manager was awesome and he gave us the best price right away so we didn’t have to shop around or spent a lot of time negotiating like with other dealerships. The accounting and financial process also went so smoothly without pressure pushing additional stuffs that we didn’t want to buy. Overall we walked out of there today felt so happy to do the business with O”Daniel knowing we got a very reliable car at a great price from them. Anwar stayed on phone with me past closing on April 3 to answer questions about Audi q3 , and Q 5 and pricing difference between my local Audi. He was patient, informative and helped guide me to Q5. Friday, after reviewing local Audi inventory, I connected with Melissa Fiandt as Anwar was off, about pricing for one of Ft Wayne’s Q5. She assured me of the dealership philosophy of fairness and provided me with pricing estimate that represented reasonable and going extra mile to help me. She spent time with me again explaining the numbers and I agreed. Today I picked up the Q5 and Anwar spent many hours getting me on Audi app and physically showing me the numerous technology, operational aspects of the car. Assuring me to not stress over it and just begin driving and as I feel more comfortable using the features. David, the Finance Officer helped me with the payment, BMV process , and advised me of the Audi Care program. He was very professional and made this process easiest of past financial experiences. Everyone was friendly and I felt like I wanted to drive from Westfield to have my car serviced. So I think the staff were the best I have seen in my 50 years of buying cars. Jeff has put together a team that provides a warm and trusting environment and would be hard to beat elsewhere. I am quite thankful for my time with ODaniel team. More
