After finding the truck I wanted online I flew to Dallas to purchase it. Despite a snafu with the amplifier in the truck my experience was great dealing with McKinney Toyota. Rob was awesome! He isn’t pushy at all and that is what I really look for in a salesman! I went in 3 weeks ago to just test drive a few cars. I told him I wasn’t ready to buy because I was dealing with insurance because my car was totaled and I wanted to get that handled first. I left but Rob wasn’t like other pushy salesman that call the next day or even try to push you to buy that day. He called a little over a week later telling me the RAV4 I liked was still available. I told him it would probably be another week or 2 before I was ready. He didn’t contact me until another week later to let me know it was still available. That’s when I decided to go ahead and purchase as I was almost done with getting my totaled car payed off. Every thing was quick and easy.
