He addressed all of our questions, worked with us to make sure the car was perfect when we picked it up. We were very satisfied with the sales process with Tony and would recommend him highly. I had been prepared to finance through my bank but Vanya asked to see if they could do better than my bank. They got me a rate that was two points better than my credit union, she explained all the available warranties and worked with me to get me the coverages that would be of the most value to me while staying within my budget. I highly recommend both Tony and Vanya, and Herb Chambers overall. Every employee I encountered was helpful, friendly and polite. More
