Unmatched service I cannot explain how quickly, painlessly and perfectly this team executed my new lease. I told them my parameters and instead of fighting me on it and trying to sway me one way or the other they took the information and made sure to find me a vehicle that fit my budget, style and lifestyle. I am beyond thankful for how transparent and honest they were throughout the entire process. More

He was informative and patient, free from pushy sales tactics and honest about the details of the vehicle. He made my buying experience like none other. Sales people were excellent to work with Rich Candela was our sales person. He had oustanding knowlledge of the product (Audi Q7) and was extremely helpful during the entire sales process. T Rich Candela was our sales person. He had oustanding knowlledge of the product (Audi Q7) and was extremely helpful during the entire sales process. There is a lot of technology built into this car and Rich was very patient as he walked us through the various systems. His explanations were so clear, I needed very little follow up assistance. I am 71 years of age and this was by far my best car buying experience. Beyond the aforementioned, I very much appreciated the abscence of pressure tactics as I made my purchase decisions. More

Fantastic experience! Another dealership ignored me when I entered the showroom. Not so at Audi Stratham. Nick Ciminera spent most of his day ensuring I was satisfied. The first special order I ever placed was great. Lucked out on our salesman, Rich Candela. His product knowledge was impressive, he answered all of our questions and then some. My husband and I had been driving Lexus vehicles for over 20 yrs, and were looking into the redesigned A7. Rich was so helpful, took us for a test drive and impressed us so much, we put in a special order on our first visit to AUDI Stratham. Now that we have taken delivery of the vehicle, we could not be happier with our purchase, Everyone we worked with at AUDI Stratham were terrific and we now consider ourselves part of the AUDI family.
