I am not a car person at all (get me from point A to B ) and he explained everything before hand and after the check up was done, he thoroughly explained future repairs in a way I could understand and not feel like a dope. I am not in the market for a new car because mine is just fine but I do know that if I am still in the area , VW or Audi will be bought here because I know the service will be a pleasant experience. More
