! Every time I come in for a routine maintenance appointment, I'm told I need to repair this or that. The parts and labor they charge are ridiculous,
! Every time I come in for a routine maintenance appointment, I'm told I need to repair this or that. The parts and labor they charge are ridiculous, especially when I look up the part and it costs a fraction elsewhere. Service is just under average, they don't clean your car and leave it dirty. I even spoke with a manager, Adam, and he was just not helpful and unknowledgable (dumb, in other words). These past experiences have given BMW a bad rep in my mind, and will not recommend to others.
