My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Fitzgerald Cadillac. We had our eyes set on an Cadillac XT4. We started out in Frederick MD. We did not see what we were looking for there. We saw wh Fitzgerald Cadillac. We had our eyes set on an Cadillac XT4. We started out in Frederick MD. We did not see what we were looking for there. We saw what seemed like the very vehicle we wanted and so we called Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis. From the moment they picked up the phone to the signing of the documents we were totally pleased with the prompt, professional courteous service. Anthony Johnson, Product Specialist was, perhaps one of the most knowledgeable, straight- forward, direct and forthright individuals we have ever dealt with in the process of purchasing a vehicle. We arrived at the dealership and he had the vehicle waiting for us. He knew all about the features, and answered all our questions. The car was immaculate and ready to go. There Mr. Johnson was prompt, direct and we were able to seal the deal in a very short amount of time. There were not endless hours wasted for no apparent reason. He provided a brief but thorough review of systems and features and then we were on our way1 From the reception area all the way to signing the documents we were met with pleasant, courteous service. We highly recommend them to our family and friends. We will definitely come straight back to Mr. Johnson and Fitzgerald for out next purchase. They were great. Michael & Gwendolyn Hebron More
