From beginning to end it was unpleasant unfortunately! I had an appointment at 8 a.m., I wasn't addressed until after 8:20 a.m. only after I walked inside to ask. Then I was told to go back to my car and I had an appointment at 8 a.m., I wasn't addressed until after 8:20 a.m. only after I walked inside to ask. Then I was told to go back to my car and wait there otherwise they may miss me per Anthony! He offered me a complementary car wash and I said yes thank you! When I came to pick up my car it wasn't washed and it was incredibly hot since it has been sitting out in the heat for hours! I shared pictures with Anthony and his reply was with the number of cars they service it is likely how the wash was missed! He offered me to come back for a complementary power wash. Not the level of service we receive at other dealerships with our other vehicles! More
