I have been getting great service from Audi Burlington for many years, but the most recent experience was among the best. I wound up with the loaner car for several days after my repairs were complete be for many years, but the most recent experience was among the best. I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am with this dealership. I had a couple of issues with my S5 Cab. Matthew and Anthony really took care of me. My front left speaker was blown and they took car dealership. I had a couple of issues with my S5 Cab. Matthew and Anthony really took care of me. My front left speaker was blown and they took care of the problem at very little cost. My brakes and tires were nearing replacement but Matthew suggested I wait another couple of months to get maximum tread life. 100 out of 100 dealerships would have tricked me into getting near parts before I really needed to. today I came into your Burlington Audi location to have my Audi seven service for an oil change, etc. The gentleman who checked me in was Anthony very nice he requested a left ride for me to the mall and e my Audi seven service for an oil change, etc. The gentleman who checked me in was Anthony very nice he requested a left ride for me to the mall and explained how I would receive a link for the return ride back when my car was about to be finished, I received a text for the lift ride back, I clicked on the link read the disclaimer and attempted to request a car for pick up while I was waiting outside. An Audi service person happened to park and was going into the mall. I politely mentioned to them that I wasn’t able to get the car. He very kindly asked if he could see my phone and attempted to help me for some reason we couldn’t get a car he said that if I wanted a ride back to Audi that he had to run into the mall to grab lunch for his boss I said sure that would be great. Take your time he came back out and save the day I am not certain of his first name he works in the service department is from the Dominican Republic has an eight year-old in a four year-old child. I always just conversation because I’d like to be friendly. I just want to reach out and say thank you again to this nice young man. He is such an asset to the Burlington Audi family. Donna M.
