Our Toyota #5 Vehicles we have purchased from Eddy's Toyota of Wichita: '08 Avalon Limited, '08 Prius Gen 2 (package 2), '10 Prius Gen 3 (package 3), '13 Prius V (p Vehicles we have purchased from Eddy's Toyota of Wichita: '08 Avalon Limited, '08 Prius Gen 2 (package 2), '10 Prius Gen 3 (package 3), '13 Prius V (package 5, unexpectedly totaled in an accident) and a '14 Avalon Limited (replaced the Prius V). Why did we return to this dealership for our '14 Avalon? Because Brandon and his Sales, Service, and Finance Departments have earned our trust. Anthony and Troy (sales) knew what we wanted in a vehicle. They located the vehicle at another dealership and had it shipped to Eddy's. Bill (service) did the inspection and gave it his seal of approval. Finally, Jim (finance) handled the final paperwork. Are we satisfied with the whole process, YES we are. Would we purchase another vehicle form this dealership and staff, if need be YES. Will we send our friends, who are looking for a new vehicle, in to talk to Troy and Anthony, YES. It is always a good feeling to know that whatever issue should come up, resolve is just a phone call away. Thanks Guys. More

I was looking for used. My mother was able to confirm pricing Monday evening, but needed to come back Tuesday to sign paperwork. She received a great deal on a 2014 Camry. We went back Tuesday for mom to finalize her purchase and for me to look at more cars. I looked at two, a used Camry and a new Corolla. I settled on the Corolla. Also, Johnson was ill on Tuesday so this is when we worked with Morgan. My mother completed her paperwork, and I completed my test driving by 4:30. Trying to get the car at a price we could afford was agonizing. My husband came to the dealership around 5:45. We agreed on a price about 6:20. I was going to sign paperwork and my husband would the next day because he had to leave by 6:40. I waited for over an hour and never signed anything. Morgan was very helpful, she got me a dealer's tag so I could leave an come back to sign paperwork with my husband the next day. I had told them it would be around noon. When we got there at noon, the paperwork had still not been loaded. We waited 10-15 minutes to begin. Everyone was helpful and kind, it just took way too long. There was so much waiting. Morgan was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain the programming process to my mother. She was patient, and did not make us feel like we were wasting her time. Johnson and Anthony were nice as well, but I would refer friends and family to Morgan. More

Wasn't Expecting to Role Out with a Car My wife and I went to check on a leasing deal for the Corolla after visiting Honda and Hyundai. We disn't find any good deals on the leases. We told him we were looking around, and he told us that Eddy's would be the last place that we would go. What!!? He helped find the Corolla at the color that we liked. We got a test drive the one we liked by ourselves. I've never test drove without the salesperson. After getting back we decided to leave. Jonson went to get a Corolla book. He came back with Anthony. They discussed the car with us and asked us about what we needed. We said monthly payment was a big game changer. They said they could make our deal work for what we needed. Anthony sent Jonson out to find a Korolla (My Corolla starts with a K; my name is Kirk) that meets our cost needs. We left and checked out Hyundai, but found they weren't wanting our business. We came back to Eddy's Toyota and found Jonson. We started up the negotiations for the deal. We filled out the paperwork and Anthony after a while came back with $280/month. I forgot that I didn't go by Ford for the their deal on the 2014 Focus, so I got up to leave. Anthony and Luke began to state that I wouldn't find a better deal. I was unsure, but then Luke decided to cut the price by $40 to $240. What!? I didn't believe it. But they reassured me this was real deal. I decided to take it. I stayed. And the team figured up our paper work. I drank a Dr Pepper while I waited. I could not believe this... The allowed zero down and slashed the monthly payment!! As we waited we celebrated my lovely wife and I. I was about the role out with a Car on the same day that I came to the lot. Does this happen all the time? I don't know. It was suprising to me. When they pulled in the delivery area with my new Korolla, I was without words! Shaun that finance manager was great as well. He explained everything to us regarding the finances and insurances that we could apply. Thanks Eddy's Toyota. Jonson... My man! Anthony you were right. Shaun, I still haven't had a chance to read all that stuff you gave us. More

We had bought an Avalon 10 years ago with Anthony and was very pleased, so we went back for another. Mike was working with Anthony and they both worked to get our business. Robert Dozal is a great salesperson. If it wasn't for his assistance, I wouldn't have been able to purchase a new Toyota. He ensured that all of my concerns were addressed and bent over backwards for me his assistance, I wouldn't have been able to purchase a new Toyota. It has been over 20 plus years since I or my family purchased vehicle from Eddy's. This is due to past personal experience with pushy and condesending salesmans. Initially, my husband and I weren't eve purchased vehicle from Eddy's. This is due to past personal experience with pushy and condesending salesmans. Initially, my husband and I weren't even consider buying from Eddy's. We were over at Mel's looking for a vehicle for our growing family when my husband took notice of Eddy's new expansion facility. Needless say, we ventured over and looked at 2013 Toyota Highlander, which we found to be exceptional in quality and accadequate for our family size. We met a young enthusiastic and friendly salesman, Erik Herrera in the lot, who later introduce us to another salesman, Anthony Cohens. Both youngmen were professional and courteous throughout the time we spent at Eddy's. They were pleasant and genuine to deal with to say the least. For the first time, it only took us only just an hour to decide and complete the purchase on the new vehicle. More
