Antony (Tony) was very receptive to our legwork we had already done and jumped on getting the paperwork together and get us out the door. Very fair price was offered for our trade in and all numbers were presented in a clear and understandable fashion. Paperwork went quick while the car was detailed. We had driven down from Orlando for this very particular vehicle and Tony was sensitive to that fact to try and get us out the door and back on the road. This sale was made during the Covid-19 pandemic and the dealership was very active in keeping surfaces clean and making the purchase a safe experience. My sale guy Tony was amazing! My name is Lisette V. My father is the name on the car & this survey but I was the one who handled this since he is high risk due to covid19. I was very pleased when I called father is the name on the car & this survey but I was the one who handled this since he is high risk due to covid19. I was very pleased when I called Tony and he told me to come in that he could stay at home & if there was a deal made they would go to his home to sign paperwork. My experience with Tony was great from start he answered all my questions was very funny with a great sense of humor and not once was pushy or a xxxxxxx like most of these salesman can be. This is our 3rd time at this KIA and he by far has been the best salesman we have had. Informed me of all our options. Allowing us to make a decision that benefited the needs we had. Also Omar the guy for the warranty was very sweet and nice and although I didnt have as much interaction with him he was very polite and professional and was happy with his help in the deal. Over all these are to two men I felt with but mainly Tony. Only negative thing I would say and it's not on Tony is the amount of staff that was constantly joking using profanity very loud in the showroom in front of customers. I only mention this to say that as a customer it comes off very trashy & tacky. Now personally I was here to get a car and can careless but more of a FYI that can turn some people off from wanting to deal with salesman and even managers as I heard them as well. Thank you Tony for all your help I would sure recommend YOU for anyone needing to get a car. I felt attended to and never once as just another customer. Best wishes. Lisette Velez More
