Your salesman was great. Too bad he had to keep apologizing for his managers inexcusable behavior. I put a deposit on the car at one mileage only to be told I couldn’t pick it up because the Manage apologizing for his managers inexcusable behavior. I put a deposit on the car at one mileage only to be told I couldn’t pick it up because the Manager leaked it to some basketball player for the weekend. When it was finally available, it had almost 1000 miles more on the odometer. Granted I was given some additional discounts but as grateful as I am, it did not take the little tinge of mistrust off the table. I am a long time Mazda customer, (30+years) switching to KIA. Mazda never treated me like a second class buyer. It’s a good thing you have a first rate salesman. Now I have to wonder...how much can I trust the service department. So sad. More
