Customer service is almost not a priority. I tried calling and Ron answered the phone, he did not introduced himself and when I asked his name he said ‘interesting” when I said usually Lexus e I tried calling and Ron answered the phone, he did not introduced himself and when I asked his name he said ‘interesting” when I said usually Lexus employees introduce themselves he was not helpful at all and hung up on me when I asked to speak to different service agent.
