They know your cars,and know about every manufacturer discount along with promotions from the dealership. They make the buying experience as painless as possible.GMC service has to be the pride of the company.My truck and all of my former vehicles were GM and I must say they know what they're doing over there! From diagnosis to completion of the job they are #1 they also help out by sending coupons or getting coupon discounts. I'm currently dealing with Ken and the Subaru team they really understand customer service begins with customer respect. His team of service reps are so polite and accommodating. Charlie, Joe, and Darla are great people, #1Cochran has to be proud of such a great team. My recent visit was for an oil change service, I also had a cracked windshield at this time. Ken Nutter helped me set up the appointment for the glass company to come over and put in the windshield while I was getting the oil change.I had the replacement D.O.T stickers and the service done all at the same time. I can see I'm going to have a positive future with this crew of people. #1Cochran your a gem to the community thanks for your vision!!!!!!!!!!! More

It was one month ago today that I bought my CrossTrek at #1 Cochran Subaru. I absolutely LOVE it!! My experience was great. I worked with Anna Johns, whom was able to get me the color and options I wante #1 Cochran Subaru. I absolutely LOVE it!! My experience was great. I worked with Anna Johns, whom was able to get me the color and options I wanted. When she checked her inventory, she was able to tell me when the specific car I wanted would be on their lot. When it came in earlier, as she suspected it would, she called me and was able to finalize the sell on a day that was convenient for me. I really appreciated all the time she spent showing me all the operations of the car, especially how to sync my phone and work the navigation system! Thank you all!! More

I arrived late on a friday afternoon to test drive a car(3:45pm,they close at 6pm on friday). After a short wait, Anna had the car pulled up to the lot and ready to drive. The car had recently arrived t car(3:45pm,they close at 6pm on friday). After a short wait, Anna had the car pulled up to the lot and ready to drive. The car had recently arrived to the dealership and was still covered in plastic, I like the fact that I was the first to test drive it and I wasn't told to come back the next day because it was not ready. After the very informative test drive I decided I wanted the car and settled on a price. David personally went to the service department(aprox. 5:20 pm) area to see if they could have the car ready that day. They asked if it would be possible to pick it up the next day, of course! It's 5:30 pm and they close a 6 pm. as an hourly worker myself, I don't want the service personal to work over just for me. I arrived the next day and had a very detailed explanation of all the features of the car by Anna and David made all the paperwork easy. I've purchased 2 other new cars in the past 11 years and this is by far the best dealership I've dealt with. More
