Had a mostly pleasant experience. Sales Rep, Pavel Dimitrov was fantastic and courteous. The only issue, was the add stated that the vehicle was Certified Pre-owned, but that was not the case as expla Dimitrov was fantastic and courteous. The only issue, was the add stated that the vehicle was Certified Pre-owned, but that was not the case as explained by the finance dept and sales mgr. I took issue with the misleading ad and we worked out a satisfactory agreement. Hopefully they will proof read the 3party ads before submitting. More

On Friday September 18, 2020 I went to a different Hyundai dealership due to me needing a oil change and overall recommendations that is needed for all the miles that I have on my vehicle. All the other Hyundai dealerships were booked in the whole state of Illinois. I was just about to give up about calling around to see who was able to see me on this day, and they were able to take me in. I work in healthcare in 2 different states so it is very hard to get a day off of work, so when I'm able to get a day off it means a lot to me to be able to get things done in my personal life, like getting my truck fixed. I came across service advisor Sam Zayed and he made my day a much better day by being nice and thoughtful of my busy life schedule. This dealership is so clean with wonderful staff!!!
