I visited Porsche Manhattan on Monday December 5th , 2022. Below is my experience. A few days before i located a Porsche and was emailing and talking to (Brand Ambassador) Anisah Bacchus. We set up a me 2022. Below is my experience. A few days before i located a Porsche and was emailing and talking to (Brand Ambassador) Anisah Bacchus. We set up a meeting on Monday Dec. 5th, 9AM. (Anisah told me to drive my car through the SERVICE CENTER GARAGE) I arrived early at 735am because coming from LONG ISLAND NY i wanted to beat the traffic. The garage door opened and i drove in with my 2009 Honda Civic. Wow...did i get attention. I was greeted by Mr. Adam and he said sir may i help you?.I stated I have a meeting with Anisah at 9AM. He did not know if I was buying a car, a friend, or somebody else. He stated you are early buy don't worry, I will take care of you. Please leave your keys in the car and I will take you to the lounge. He immediately stopped what he was doing and took me to the second floor lounge. Mr. Adam also made sure there were cups for coffee and told me to relax Ms. Anisah will be in soon. I made a cup of coffee sat down on a leather chair/put on the TV. This dealership is treating me like a GENTLEMAN!!!! REMEMBER no one new who I was when I drove in with a old Honda. Approx. thirty minutes later I went to the 1st floor to use the rest room. Coming out and passing the front desk a woman asked me are you VINNY??? I said , how did you know my name. She said Im Jane and Anisah is looking for you. I saw Anisah and told her you did not have to come in early for me. She immediately said hi Vinny nice to meet you. Anisah took me to the car we were talking about. She signaled a worker to put plates on the vehicle and we went for a spin. I can tell tell you this and I am not kidding. Anisah from start to finish treated me with civility and respect.. She also made sure all my questions were answered. MANHATTAN MOTORCARS PORSCHE IS A FIVE STAR DEALERSHIP..Kudos to the Management team here!!!. You are VERY lucky to have staff that know how to treat potential clients. In closing, if you are looking to get a Porsche you MUST give this dealership a call. Mr. Adam in service will make sure you are greeted with a smile. Thanks Adam greatly appreciate your help. Also, Ms. Jane she spotted me out and even knew my name.
