Tristan was doing a great job of selling us the Armada, he had it brought to our house so we could test drive it. When we saw it, it had several things wrong with it. I let Tristan know that in order for m he had it brought to our house so we could test drive it. When we saw it, it had several things wrong with it. I let Tristan know that in order for me to buy it, that these things would need to be fixed. He wanted us to sign the paper to buy it before the things were fixed. I informed him that I would not sign anything until said things were fixed. He then started pressuring me to sign. When he figured out that I was not going to sign, he became extremely rude & was not being very professional. The way he spoke to me made my husband & I decide not to buy the Armada. I would not reccomend. His "fix" for one of the issues , was to turn off the park assist, then it won't make me stop everytime I was backing up. I texted him the next day to inform him that we would not be buying it, i didnt hear anything back from him for at least 2 hours, i then called Angela? To let her know that we would not be buying, because I didnt want any loans to go through. She let me know that she had already been informed. Within minutes, I got a text from Tristan that simply said, understood. More
