Service on my 2013 Odyssey I checked in and got my loaner car & I was treated will. Service was done on a timely matter. Only problem came from Warranty Company I signed up with when I bought the car. The parts should have been warrantied but do to a clause / stipulation they were not. So I was very disappointed on a technicality that I had no control of due water getting in some emission part due to weather being so wet in recent months. More than likely water just splashed up higher then it should have some ware. Was even told by some people I talked to at Honda & Warranty Company this can happen. The people I dealt with at Service were great and no problem with them. Just Warranty Company. More
