Made test drive appointment and drove 2 hours as it was the closest Kia dealership that had the car I wanted (EV9). Angelo met me at the door when I arrived and got to know my preferences a little more. W the closest Kia dealership that had the car I wanted (EV9). Angelo met me at the door when I arrived and got to know my preferences a little more. We drove two different options and discussed pros and cons of each. He was persistent during our discussion to ensure he was doing everything he could to make a possible purchase work for me but was never pushy. I felt I could have walked away with his contact info for a possible purchase later on. Ultimately he asked what my final “drive off the lot” price would be and he was able to meet that price. He offered to drive it up once it was detailed and charged up. He drove the two hours with his associate, Sergio, to deliver the vehicle in perfect condition. Both were great to work with. I am very happy with my purchase and honestly would consider driving the two hours again when I’m ready for another vehicle given the great experience. More
