Her customers love her you can tell from all the positive letters they write about her that are on her desk. She cares about you the customer because she is truly a caring person! Lexus Carlsbad is very lucky to have all of them! I also wanted to mention the service department headed by Ashley Dorschel Svc Mgr and Tanner Knapp Svc advisor they both care deeply about their customers and always make you feel like a valued customer! I am usually greeted by Allie at the front desk who too makes me feel cared about. She is an exceptional woman.
