Thought I was having a good experience I received a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. It guaranteed that I would be out in 45 minutes. Upon Arrival I was told it would take twice as I received a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. It guaranteed that I would be out in 45 minutes. Upon Arrival I was told it would take twice as long. I complained and was told by the agent that he would do his best. After sitting in the waiting room a short time the agent came in and told me my car was going in now and should be ready in close to 45 min. It was and I left happy. Next day while driving a significant noise occurred. Went to the nearest service station and was shown that the lug nuts were loose enough to turn by hand. He suggested I return to Toyota but I begged home to tighten them because I was afraid to drive the car that far. He did. Very unsafe work. I will not be returning. More
