I was told I needed a new tire, long after my oil change should’ve been done. I expected that because I had something in it. However, the new tire was moved to the front and the front to the back. No other rotation and in my app it states I need a tire rotation. It looks like the rim was not placed properly on the tire, as it’s sticking out more than the others and they left some white gunk all over the rim and tire. I was told it would take time because they were replacing a tire and it needed to be done right. Well, that didn’t happen anyway! I went for an oil change and left paying an $800+ bill! More
