We shopped them pretty hard, and after that experience I can see why. HOL had the car that our family was looking for, they were selling it at a fair price, and they gave me the best deal I could find for my trade in. I really enjoyed working with their salesperson Caitlin. She was available when I needed her to be available, and her approach was low pressure. We even got to take the car for an extended test drive. I can absolutely see myself coming back to HOL and working with Caitlin the next time I need to buy a car. More

We started our search with 3 reputable dealerships, but the customer service that Laura provided stood out among the others and we knew we were in the right place. She communicated promptly and even sent us personalized videos of vehicles to make shopping convenient for our busy schedule. Even though we were purchasing a used vehicle for under $10k, Laura provided service to us as if we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. She was professional, respectful, and kind.
