I worked with Andy Miller who was open and honest throughout the buying process. I reserved a new car that hadn't arrived at the dealership yet. When the car arrived much earlier than expected, I was throughout the buying process. I reserved a new car that hadn't arrived at the dealership yet. When the car arrived much earlier than expected, I was unable to get to the dealership to pick up the car for a couple weeks. Andy held the car for me. When I finally got there, the transaction to purchase the car went smoothly. While I didn't get quite as much for my trade-in as I hoped, this wasn't a deal breaker. When I declined add-on warranties, there were no high pressure salesmanship tactics. All things considered it was a smooth and happy car buying experience. More

What a story I could write about waiting for this automobile!! But..... as far as everyone at this dealership, they were great and kept us up to date on our Hybrid Tucson Limited's progress. The leadership team, Ed, Matt, and Andy were constantly in touch with us regarding the time line they were given and the expected arrival date of our vehicle. EVERYONE went way above and beyond what would normally be expected. Thank you Dean Team for making my wife's dream car come through. Andy, we will be back!!!! Loved the salesman but the financing that should have been simple they made difficult because they were looking to profit more despite the $2000 over invoice. This was 1 year ago and I still have 5 hard been simple they made difficult because they were looking to profit more despite the $2000 over invoice. This was 1 year ago and I still have 5 hard inquiries on my credit report. They were attempting to beat the terms my credit union provided. I had to agree to let them run my credit once but they took it upon themselves to do it 5 times! Service for oil changes are also a huge inconvenience as it takes 4-5 weeks to get an appointment. While most of the staff are friendly the predatory behaviors of the finance department are disheartening. More
