Who rates a new car buying experience Excellent? I do - no normal buying pressure; only factual answers. No up-selling; Andy, the sales person who assisted me, focused on what I wanted and getting t I do - no normal buying pressure; only factual answers. No up-selling; Andy, the sales person who assisted me, focused on what I wanted and getting the exact car with exact details I requested. I also enjoyed working with Andy's boss, Tom, who adds so positively to The Dean Team experience. The only negative of the whole experience was that I traded in my 2004 (yes, 2004) Hyundai XG350 which I loved and also purchased from The Dean Team. What led me to purchase another Hyundai through Dean Team was Michelle in Service. Before The Dean Team, I never used the dealer for any service. Michelle makes any normal service or scheduled maintenance a positive experience so I was confident purchasing another Hyundai from The Dean Team would be a total package of non-hassle experiences as in the past. If you need financing, ask for Rich - another professional who is knowledgeable, personable, polite and once again, represents the total Dean Team buying experience positively. And finally, back to Andy, his job, as he sees it, does not end with the sale - he really is there for you after the sale to answer more questions, ensure you are pleased with your purchase. What a Team to work with - I highly recommend. More

Perfect buying experience. I have owned several Hyundai Tucsons and each one was bought and serviced at The Dean Team Hyundai dealership. All personnel and especially Tom Fasce I have owned several Hyundai Tucsons and each one was bought and serviced at The Dean Team Hyundai dealership. All personnel and especially Tom Fascetti and Andy Miller have been exceptionally professional and helpful to me each time I purchase a new vehicle. The Service Department is first class; on time appointments and excellent service. The Dean Team is not the closest Hyundai dealership to my residence, but it is the ONLY dealership for me. I recommend Hyundai vehicles and The Dean Team dealership to all my friends and family. More
