I have been very satisfied in terms of the vehicles themselves and with the experience of purchasing the vehicles from Dean Team Hyundai. My two older Hyundai vehicles (2007 Azera and 2013 Santa Fe Sport) have been very reliable with a good combination of features, styling and price. My oldest vehicle, the 2007 Azera, has 130,000 miles, still runs very well and has had only one issue outside of normal maintenance in the entire 10 years we have owned it. My wife still loves her 2013 Santa Fe Sport as much as on the first day she bought it. The service department is always been a pleasant experience with us in terms of friendliness of staff and quality of work. With my most recent purchase (2017 Azera), most of my communication and price negotiation with the salesperson was done via text messaging. This was a very pleasant, low hassle experience that saved me a lot of time when I came in to test drive the vehicle and then later purchase the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Dean Team Hyundai and consideration of purchasing Hyundai vehicles to others. More

We again took a new Tucson our for an lengthy test drive, and we found it enjoyable. Upon our return to the dealership, we shared with Andy that we were interested in the vehicle, and all that would be necessary to finalize the deal would be a good price. He secured the necessary price right away, and Richard in finance secured appropriate financing. There was absolutely no pressure, nor was there endless discourse. We simply purchased the car...it really can happen! Andy did take time, however, to go over the Dean Team amenities just to be certain that we knew about the service department, the free car wash location, and so forth. He also took plenty of time to show us the many new features of the purchased vehicle. Even though the hour was late, he made certain to offer us personalized and very friendly service. Thank you, Andy and Richard! We will certainly be back to buy our next Hyundai - which will be our fifth from this dealership - from Dean Team! More

Positive experience at Dean Team Hyundai Just purchased a Santa Fe Sport at Dean Team. The sales person provided some preliminary info via phone and email which prompted me to further resear Just purchased a Santa Fe Sport at Dean Team. The sales person provided some preliminary info via phone and email which prompted me to further research this vehicle. After researching and comparing the Santa Fe to comparable vehicles from other manufacturers, I decided this was the SUV that I wanted. I called the salesman, Andy Miller and provided him with all of the vehicle info and immediately learned that Dean Team did not have a vehicle that met my requirements but that they would find one for me. As it turned out, there was not a vehicle in the St. Louis area that met my requirements. Andy and his team ultimately found within a few days the exact vehicle that I requested at a dealership in Iowa. Upon my authorization they acquired the vehicle and delivered it to me on the promised date of May 30. This was one of the most positive experiences that I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Not happy with buying our car Vin # was wrong it took 4 days to get the right paper work. Never a call what was going on. The first call from salesman he wanted me to verify vin # and found out it was wrong vin. He said I will call you when paper work is complete. That took 3 day and never letting us know what was going on. Got new license plates and the screws were hard to get out of the old plates. My husband tried to put these screws in the new plates and they were to long and the one wouldn't go in all the way. We drove back out to the dealership, which is a thirty minute trip and had service help us and problem solved. This whole experience with this car has been very unpleasant. More
