When I came in to finalize my paperwork I noticed his notes on the outside of my file folder that listed everything I was looking for when we spoke on the phone showing me that he listened to what I wanted in my next car, therefore not wasting any of my time by having exactly what I wanted down to the color inside and out! I will refer all of my friends to call Andy for their next car purchase and I can guarantee you I will be back to buy from Andy when my wife is ready for a new car. All around, it was a very laid back and no pressure experience. More
