My XT6 Cadillac Great help in buying a car. I did not go to the dealership for a Cadillac. The Sales person (Andy) asked my what I wanted in a vehicle, saw a part of Great help in buying a car. The Sales person (Andy) asked my what I wanted in a vehicle, saw a part of my family, He listened to what I was saying, and let me drive a few cars, more if I wanted to. He was honest, knowledgeable, patient. No other customer that I saw. We have purchased other vehicles in the past. 2020 Chevy Equinox purchase I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox. I took a couple test drives to be sure that it would be a good choice in both day and night driving. I was I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox. I took a couple test drives to be sure that it would be a good choice in both day and night driving. I was able to negotiate a fair price. On the date of purchase, however, the vehicle I had test drove and the vehicle I signed paperwork for were found to not be the same vehicle. I was assured that I was getting the same vehicle (and the one I was given had even lower miles than the one I test drove). The next day, there were 3 service lights that came on after I left the movie theater, so I immediately drove over to the dealership to get it checked out. The service team was on it right away. I notified my salesman, Andrew, of the situation and he once again assured me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle I had purchased. He even went a step further and offered me the choice to switch back to the original vehicle (which would mean signing all the paperwork again). Just then, the service agent notified me that my car was fine and it needed some updates to the computer system. My Equinox has been driving well since then. More
