Rallye Motors had exceeded all my expectation. Not only were they courteous and professional with all the technical and safety questions I can come up with, they made me feel like I was family. I have visited a lot of Mercedes-Benz dealerships in my area and I will never change Rallye motors. More

I bought my new car here and it's a very nice place - clean showroom, nice people, easy going. They certainly know Benz, and anyone considering BMW should come here first because they know a lot about th clean showroom, nice people, easy going. They certainly know Benz, and anyone considering BMW should come here first because they know a lot about the competition, too, and how the Mercedes-Benx engines are more fuel efficient than the BMW engines, while they are also more powerful. They made it very easy to purchase the car and drive home the same day. All in all we spent about an hour and a half there, which is not bad. No pressure, no upsell, no trying to get you into the showroom car that's a different color. Great guys, great store. More

Excellent buying experience. I was on my way to BMW dealer pretty set on a CPO 5 series. After spending a few minutes with Andy Fu he went through a series of numbers & sold me on a new MB C300. I didn dealer pretty set on a CPO 5 series. After spending a few minutes with Andy Fu he went through a series of numbers & sold me on a new MB C300. I didn't sign the deal that night but told him I would like to think about overnight. No sales pressure, just called next day to confirm our appointment. Being an IT professional I had all the numbers for the lease & confirmed that this was a very fair deal including terminating my lease several months early. Sales Manager was also fair & no BS. All in all the paperwork (which was extremely quick) took longer that to make the deal. Same on delivery, spot on, quick & no hassle whatsoever. Love the car, dealership & people. Guess where we are getting our SUV replacement coming up in a few months. More

This is the second occasion we have had to acquire a new Mercedes Benz with Andy Fu of Rallye and the second occasion we are delighted to report our overall experience exceeded our expectations. Andy k Mercedes Benz with Andy Fu of Rallye and the second occasion we are delighted to report our overall experience exceeded our expectations. Andy knows his product inside out and patiently answered all of our questions. He was generous with his time and thoughtful with his recommendations for us. Most of all, he was available, responsive, and at every step of the process, he had a smile on his face. I also work in a service industry (selling real estate) and appreciate what it is like to work on commission. We never felt pressure from Andy, only a sincere desire to please. From the inception of the information gathering process to taking delivery of the car, he was an absolute pro: consistently able to answer questions and consistently delivering service with a smile. Andy is a tremendous asset to Rallye Mercedes Benz and we hope that management at Rallye appreciates him as much as his customers do. We wish he could handle BMW for us too! More
