Went in on a monday to test drive a car. Got through eveyhting with my bank and working the deal. I was givin a purchase agreement on wen around 4 and I came in the next morning to give them the check f eveyhting with my bank and working the deal. I understand I didnt put a down deposit but we had spent hours looking and working the deal on the car and it's very unprofessional for them to sell a car out from under me. Then to top it off they tried to get me out the door with a car that had body damage and was a step down at the same price. And then offers another car that had almost double miles and was not the same package for around the same price and didnt want to budge on it. Very unprofessional. I suggest going to a different dealership. More

Great service I can't say enough good thing about this dealership. First, I was trading in a vehicle that I had negative equity that I needed to roll into the purch I can't say enough good thing about this dealership. First, I was trading in a vehicle that I had negative equity that I needed to roll into the purchase. Most dealership didn't even want to try to help me out. When I came in and met Andy Duran, he just said, let's see what we can do. I have a few cars that could handle some negative equity. He showed me a few cars and I told him what worked and didn't work concerning those cars. Then he showed me a Sportswagen. That was the car for me! To help me get a better deal, he suggested looking into a 2016 because they had some incentives for those. I told him I didn't want to buy that day because I wanted to be sure of my purchase. He was very patient and never pushy. I came in on a Friday, came back on Saturday with a friend to get his opinion, then finally came back on Monday to purchase the vehicle. It was the new car manager's day off but she came in to help locate the car in the color I wanted. They found it and had it delivered the next day! When it came to financing the car, I told them my bank had contacted me with a special rate. They asked to give them a chance to beat that rate. To my surprise, they beat my credit union;s rate by quite a bit and had no problem rolling in all my negative equity. During the paperwork process, I was offered some extra warranties and protection option but never felt pressured into any of them. They were simply presented, explained, then asked if it was something I would be interested in purchasing. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership over any other (and I bet i visited over half the dealerships in Fort Wayne during my search). More
