I was very happy with my experience at New Motors Subaru in Erie, PA. I had Mike Francis and he made everything feel comfortable to me from start to finish. He got me into a Subaru Ascent. I never felt pres in Erie, PA. I had Mike Francis and he made everything feel comfortable to me from start to finish. He got me into a Subaru Ascent. I never felt pressured on anything. I highly recommend Mike and will continue leasing with New Motors Subaru and will have Mike be my salesman. Couldn't be happier. More

Loooove my Crosstrek! I just bought a Subaru Crosstrek and I couldn't be happier! I have to drive in from Waterford to Erie everyday and I feel so much safer now. I prayed I just bought a Subaru Crosstrek and I couldn't be happier! I have to drive in from Waterford to Erie everyday and I feel so much safer now. I prayed for snow so I could drive in it. Sorry everyone! 3 snow storms later:) Ryan Franklin was a huge help and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and some that I didn't know I would have. I highly recommend Ryan and New Motors and the rest of the team there that made my experience great!
