I only gave them one start because it was the lowest star possible. We were looking at two vehicles and I had to get to work so I was leaving. They saw an opportunity and did not want to lose the sale. So th possible. We were looking at two vehicles and I had to get to work so I was leaving. They saw an opportunity and did not want to lose the sale. So they asked for a deposit so they could hold the vehicles for me. They took a deposit from me and we changed our minds on the vehicle. I have been fighting with them for months to get my money back. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! THEY ARE THIEVES! My next step is the Florida AG! More

⭐ 1 STAR — WHAT A SLEAZY WAY TO GET PEOPLE INTO A DEALERSHIP This has to be one of the most ridiculous and misleading dealership promotions I’ve ever seen. I get a letter in the mail that makes it DEALERSHIP This has to be one of the most ridiculous and misleading dealership promotions I’ve ever seen. I get a letter in the mail that makes it look like I WON $1,000. You literally put a “Mega Jackpot” game in people’s hands and make it look like they’ve won a prize, only for them to dig through the paperwork and discover that there’s a validation process and fine print that can make the “winning” ticket worthless. Seriously? That’s the best way you guys can think of to get people through the door? If I receive something that says I’ve won a $1,000 Visa gift card, I’m obviously going to think I’ve won something. Instead, it feels like the entire purpose of this promotion is to get people excited enough to show up at the dealership so you can try to sell them a car. The whole thing comes across as sneaky, cheap, and incredibly deceptive. Don’t advertise something like someone won a prize and then hide the catch in tiny print somewhere else. If the ticket isn’t actually a winning ticket unless some separate validation code matches, make that crystal clear instead of making people think they’ve won. You didn’t get me interested in buying a car. You got me interested in seeing whether I actually won the prize you mailed to my house. That’s a HUGE difference. What a waste of time. If this is how you choose to bring customers through the door, I wouldn’t trust this dealership enough to buy a bicycle from you, let alone a car. There are plenty of dealerships that can advertise honestly without playing games with people. Do better. This kind of marketing makes the entire dealership look shady. More
