Andy S. was helpful, informative and he never put pressure on me. He was eager to work with me and I purchased the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. He actually talked the total sales price of the car with me and NOT monthly payments. That was a first for me! THANK YOU! The rest of the staff was very friendly and professional (and at the same time...laid back!). The general manager took the time to have a conversation with me and the owner was walking around both times I was in the store. This is not a "mega" dealership, but that's a good thing. I love that I can get my car washed whenever I want. The car is comfortable and nice looking. The only thing I didn’t like has nothing to do with West metro but the GM corporation. They sent a welcome letter to my husband who did not buy the car. The reason given was he was already in their system. Wake up GM. GM has the computer capabilities of addressing the owner not their spouse. Quite frankly that makes GM look incompetent. More
