Great experience with Harold as this is the 2nd car we purchased with him. Poor experience with the financial aspect. Was told we would get one amount for our trade in, but a different amount if we chose purchased with him. Poor experience with the financial aspect. I had text messages proven we were to get a certain amount for a trade but it didn't matter in the fianace dept. Honestly not sure if we will go back. More
